Mental Health Is Strength

Uplifting underserved youth with tools for healing, mentorship, and cultural connection—because silence should never be the only option.

Built from Strength. Powered by Culture.

The Khyiris Tonga Foundation is a faith-driven nonprofit rooted in Polynesian values, family, and fierce love for our youth.

Founded by Khyiris Tonga, defensive tackle for the New England Patriots, and his father, George Tonga, the foundation embodies what Khyiris has done his entire life—stand in the gap. On the field, he fills holes to support his team. Off the field, he fills the gaps left behind by broken systems, broken silence, and broken spirits—especially for youth battling mental health challenges in underserved communities.

This foundation stands for more than just football—it’s about faith, identity, healing, and legacy.

How To Donate

In many of our communities, mental health is overlooked. Cultural stigma, trauma, and lack of resources keep our kids suffering in silence. They need safe places, trusted mentors, and a foundation to rise.
